Okasan Securities Group Inc. is a Japanese securities group headquartered in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Its origins date to April 1923, when Seiji Kato opened a small brokerage in Tsu, Mie Prefecture. The business grew into Okasan Securities, and the group adopted a holding company structure in 2003 before taking the Okasan Securities Group name in 2008.
