Safekeeping, DVP settlement, SWIFT messaging, corporate actions, reconciliation and the general ledger, on one source of truth.
In short
ZagTrader gives custodians, sub-custodians and CSDs one post-trade platform for safekeeping, DVP, RVP and FOP settlement, SWIFT messaging, corporate actions, reconciliation and the general ledger, so positions, instructions, cash and postings share one source of truth. The same platform carries $500B+ in client assets for 100+ institutions and already exchanges ISO 15022 messages with depositories such as Edaa.

Frequently asked questions
Which settlement models and SWIFT messages are supported?
DVP, RVP and FOP settlement with per-leg status and rejection tracking, on T+0 to T+N cycles per market. SWIFT covers MT540 to MT547 instructions and confirmations, MT548 status, MT578 allegements, MT535 to MT537 statements and MT564/MT566 corporate actions over ISO 15022, with ISO 20022 (MX) format capability.
Can institutions aggregate custody across several custodians?
Yes. Holdings and cash are reconciled daily against each custodian, with multi-custodian settlement reconciliation for international clients, so positions held at several custodians roll up into one book. For family offices and investment offices, ZagTrader Investment Office consolidates every custody account at each custodian into one view in a base currency.
Does it connect to local depositories and clearing houses?
Yes. The platform connects to central securities depositories, clearing houses and global and regional custodians. In Saudi Arabia, for example, it integrates with Edaa over ISO 15022 and settles DVP in line with Muqassa. SWIFT runs through any service bureau via message queues, APIs or secure file transfer.
How are corporate actions controlled?
Each event enters as a draft, is checked against the expected beneficiary list and is posted by a different authorised user, with a full audit trail. Dividends, splits, rights, spin-offs, mergers and sukuk coupons are covered, and withholding tax posts to the ledger.
Can we hold digital assets alongside securities?
Yes. Equities, bonds, funds, ETFs, digital assets and tokenised securities are managed from one platform. Digital-asset custody uses segregated wallets with multi-signature support and integration with hardware security modules.
