Launch a regulated firm, wherever you are licensed

For founders and institutions setting up a brokerage, asset manager, wealth manager or digital-asset business under the DFSA, FSRA, UAE CMA, CySEC, FCA or another regulator.

In short

ZagTrader gives a new regulated firm a complete operating platform from its first day: digital onboarding with KYC/AML, multi-asset trading with pre-trade risk checks, back office and client-money reconciliation, maker-checker controls, an audit trail and regulatory reporting from one book of record. Clients run it under regulators from the DFSA in DIFC, the FSRA in ADGM and the UAE CMA to CySEC in Cyprus, the FCA in the UK and the FSC in Mauritius, hosted in our cloud or in their own jurisdiction.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with firms setting up in DIFC and ADGM?

Yes. ZagTrader clients operate under the DFSA in DIFC and the FSRA in ADGM, and firms setting up in both centres run onboarding, trading, controls and reporting on the platform from their first day.

We are licensed outside the Gulf. Is ZagTrader for us?

Yes. Clients operate under regulators including CySEC in Cyprus, the FCA in the UK, the ASF in Romania and the FSC in Mauritius, as well as across the GCC and Asia. The platform is configured for each regulator's rules, filings and statements.

Can the platform run in our own jurisdiction?

Yes. Run it as cloud SaaS, on-premise in your own data centre, or hybrid, so the deployment follows your regulator's data-residency rules.

How long does it take to go live?

Implementations typically take 2 to 6 months, depending on scope. Many firms start with onboarding, core trading and the back office, then add products and markets.

How is it priced for a new firm?

By the modules you choose, the number of users and the deployment model: a subscription for cloud deployments, or a licence for on-premise installations.
